We've named our house blend coffee after Nilla — a Great Pyrenees whose full name is Chilli Nilla Parfait — and her buddy, a Great Pyrenese named Franklin, who's not interested in strangers or car rides. Their owner runs Big Paws, one of the rescues listed among those we support, on our home page.

Nilla and Franklin are big dogs, and our house blend offers big flavor.  It's a medium roast blend of select coffees from Central and South America that is smooth, clean and consistent.

Nilla & Franklin's House Blend features a medium body with tasting notes of nutty, sweet chocolate, mild citrus and a clean bright finish.

Our house blend is both natural/dry processed and wet mill washed/sun dried. These techniques are friendly to the environment, the rain forests and the living creatures of the high elevation mountains where these coffees are grown.
